In order to offer better service for new customers, we compile a list of the most common problems we’ve encountered over the past year.

Question 1: What’s your minimum order quantity for a trial order?
A: It depends.
For stock style, our MOQ is 50pcs per order for yoga fashion, 200pairs per order for yoga socks, and both yoga fashion and sock, we accept mix wholesale.
For custom requirements products, normally yoga fashion MOQ 600pcs and socks 2000pcs per design, not accept mix wholesale.
Question 2: How to prove your quality before placing a bulk order?
A: For stock style, you can buy one piece of sample to check the quality.
For custom style, we will make a pre-production sample before bulk production, you can require to take photos or send it by express so you can check the quality.
Question 3: How can I get the quotation for my order?
A: For stock style, you can choose the styles from the products pages first, and send us an inquiry, we will quote the products price and shipping cost after knowing your order quantity and delivery address.
For custom style, please send an inquiry first to advise your custom requirements. We will estimate a sample and bulk price for your reference first.
Usually, the quotation will be sent within 24 hours.
Question 4: How long about the delivery time for sample and bulk orders?
A: For stock styles, the sample time is 1-3 days, and the bulk order preparation time is around 5-7 days after payment, as we need to check the quality of the product before shipping.
For custom styles, the sample time is 7-15 days after draft confirmation and deposit, and the bulk production time is around 15-25 days after pre-production sample confirmation and bulk deposit.
For sample orders, it normally ships by express, shipping time is around 3-7 days.
For bulk orders, you can choose sea or air shipping, express time is around 3-10 days, delivery to your office, cost high but very fast. Air shipping 4-7 days, need to pick up from the airport, cost high but fast. Sea shipping 25-60 days, need to pick up from the seaport, cost cheap but slow.
By the way, please advise if you have a shipping agent in China, we can deliver the goods to your agent’s warehouse.
And if you purchase other goods in China and want to ship together with our products, please advise, we can help to gather the goods.
Question 5: Can we print a custom logo or design on the products and packages?
A: We offer OEM/ODM service, please send your custom design artwork first, we will offer a quotation for your reference.
And for a custom package, just send us your package requirements file, we will check with you about the labels/shipping marks printing. Also, if the goods need to deliver to the Amazon warehouse, we can help to make the barcode tag.
Question 6: How can I make the payment?
A: We accept Bank transfers, Western Union and MoneyGram.
